How Does It Work?
01. Before your VIP Day
You'll complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your business, what you want to work on and what you'd love to achieve from our day.
We'll agree on one clear priority before we meet so that when you arrive, we're ready to get straight to work.
02. Your VIP Day
This is a working day, not a day of sitting and listening to me talk!
We'll spend 10am–3pm working together on your chosen priority.
Depending on what we're tackling, we might be planning, writing, creating, designing, strategising, learning or setting things up together.
We'll stop for lunch and plenty of coffee, obviously.
0.3 After your VIP Day
You'll leave with what we've created together, clear next steps for anything still to do and, most importantly, momentum.
No enormous strategy document arriving three weeks later.
The work happens on the day.
