I’m Maira, a Brand Photographer & Visibility Coach, and I help women in business build the confidence, content and visibility they need to become more recognisable for what they do.
Through brand photography, video, content and coaching, I help you stop hiding behind your business and start showing people the person behind it.
Because visibility isn’t about being everywhere or becoming someone you’re not.

I want more women to take up space.
Everything I do comes back to something I believe deeply: women should feel able to take up space in their businesses, their careers and their lives.
To use their voices. Share their ideas. Go after the opportunities they want. Do work that matters to them. And create lives filled with more purpose, confidence and joy.
My own journey hasn’t followed a perfectly straight line.
I’ve changed direction, questioned myself, started again and had plenty of moments when I wondered whether I was qualified enough, confident enough or interesting enough to put myself out there.
But I’ve learned that confidence doesn’t magically arrive one day and give you permission to go for it.
Confidence grows because you show up.
And perhaps the biggest reason this matters so much to me is my daughter.
I want her to grow up seeing women who back themselves. Women who use their voices, follow what lights them up and don’t make themselves smaller to make other people more comfortable.
I want her to become a woman who walks into every room, every opportunity and every relationship knowing that she deserves to be there.
A woman who chooses a life that feels purposeful and joyful to her, rather than one shaped by what she thinks she should do.
And I know I can’t just tell her to become that woman.
I have to show her what that looks like.
That’s a huge part of why I do what I do.
Because every time I help another woman find her confidence, use her voice, show her face and take up a little more space, it feels like we’re creating more of the world I want my daughter to grow up in.
From behind the camera to something much bigger.
Photography taught me an enormous amount about confidence.
After helping more than 300 women build their personal brands and step in front of my camera, I started noticing the same thing again and again.
The photograph was rarely the hardest part.
It was being seen.
Knowing what to say. Feeling comfortable talking about yourself. Sharing your expertise without worrying what people might think. Looking into a camera and believing that you belong there.
That's why my work has evolved beyond photography.
Today, I bring together personal branding, confidence, photography, video, visual content and training to help people become more comfortable putting themselves and their expertise out into the world.
Because you don't need another formula for looking like everyone else online.
You need the confidence to show people who you already are.
What I believe...
Visibility isn’t vanity.
Showing your face, sharing your expertise and talking about what you do isn’t showing off. It’s making it easier for the right people to see you, know you, trust you and remember you.
People buy from people.
Your expertise matters. But so do your story, personality, experiences, values and opinions. People want to know the person behind the business.
Done is better than perfect.
The post sitting in your drafts isn’t helping anyone. Neither is waiting for the perfect photo, perfect words or perfect moment. You don’t need perfect. You need to put yourself out there.
Confidence comes from showing up.
You don’t have to wait until you feel completely confident before you start. Confidence is built by taking action, doing the uncomfortable thing and realising you can.
You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room to get noticed.
Visibility isn’t about shouting louder or being everywhere. It’s about showing up consistently, sharing what you know and becoming recognised for something that matters.
Your personal brand should feel like you.
You don’t need to create a polished version of yourself for the internet. Your personal brand should help people understand who you are, what you stand for and why they should choose you.
And ultimately...You’re already good at what you do. It’s time more people knew it.
